Terms of Service

These terms describe how we provide custom 3D-printed goods, how you can use the platform, and the responsibilities we each carry to keep every order mindful and secure.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ or use the service with guardian consent. Please keep login credentials confidential and contact us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.

• One person = one account. Shared accounts can be suspended for security reasons
• We may deactivate accounts that remain inactive for more than 18 months after giving notice
• Profile information must stay accurate to guarantee billing, taxes, and delivery compliance

2. Orders, Custom Files & Approvals

When you submit a design or confirm a pre-built product, you authorize us to manufacture and ship it according to the provided specifications.

• Custom STL files must be owned by you or include written permission from the rights holder
• We will preview major changes (scale, material, color) for approval before printing begins
• All timelines shared in checkout are estimates; we keep you posted when production stages change

3. Pricing, Payments & Taxes

Prices are listed in RMB by default and include applicable taxes unless noted otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our licensed third-party gateways.

• Promo codes are single-use unless explicitly stated
• If a pricing error occurs, we will contact you before fulfilling the order
• We reserve the right to decline transactions flagged by fraud-prevention partners

4. Shipping & Fulfillment

Finished pieces are packaged with protective materials, insured up to the product value, and include tracking for every shipment.

• Dispatch timelines follow the estimate shown at checkout; we will notify you if production needs more time
• Report shipping damage within 7 days so we can file claims and resend where necessary
• International deliveries may require customs clearance; we will guide you through any additional steps

5. Returns & Repairs

We want every piece to arrive perfect. If something feels off, reach out and we will either repair, remake, or refund according to the policy below.

• Eligible returns or remakes must follow the return policy described during checkout and include photos of the issue
• Custom prints may qualify for repair credits instead of refunds, depending on feasibility
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received or a remake is confirmed

6. Acceptable Use & Intellectual Property

You agree not to upload designs that violate laws, contain defamatory material, or infringe the rights of others. We may refuse to manufacture any model that conflicts with local regulations or community safety guidelines.

By uploading content you grant us a limited license to manufacture and deliver the ordered products. Ownership of the original design stays with you.

7. Warranty & Limitation of Liability

We warrant that every item will match the approved specification within industry tolerances. If we fall short, we will replace, repair, or credit the purchase at our discretion.

To the fullest extent allowed by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or usage beyond the intended purpose of the product.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update the terms to reflect new regulations or features. Material updates will be announced via email or in-app notice at least 7 days before taking effect.

Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the revisions.
