We keep the minimum set of personal data required to deliver products and comply with e-commerce regulations.

• Account basics: username, email, hashed password, preferred language
• Fulfillment data: shipping addresses, contact phone, VAT/tax IDs when needed
• Order artifacts: STL/OBJ files, render previews, and production notes tied to active orders

2. How We Use Your Data

Processing is limited to the purposes listed below and never sold to third parties.

• Manufacture, package, and deliver your 3D-printed items
• Send order status notifications, safety recalls, or important policy updates
• Recommend materials or accessories you opted in to hear about

3. Storage & Retention

All systems run on encrypted infrastructure with strict access controls.

• Account data lives until you delete the account or 24 months of inactivity pass
• Design files are archived 90 days after delivery in case you request reprints
• Transaction logs remain for at least 5 years to satisfy customs and tax regulations

4. Your Rights & Controls

You can manage most settings directly from your account. For anything else contact privacy@3dprint.shop and we will respond within two business days.

• Access: download a full report of your orders, addresses, and saved designs
• Correction: update names, addresses, or tax details at any time from your profile
• Deletion: request complete account removal—files and backups are purged within 30 days unless regulations require a longer retention period
• Portability: export STL/OBJ files you previously uploaded for use elsewhere
